LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT REAL ESTATE AGENT? 

Whether I am picking the right resturant for dinner or looking for someone to repair a furnace,  I always look for the 3 E's. 

When looking for a Realtor, you may want to consider these 3 E's. in your search. EFFORT, ENTHUSIASM, EXPERIENCE 

EFFORT - Is there a proven track record of perfomance, are there testimonials available or did you receive quick or delayed response to a request?  Is the agent fulltime or is the real estate agent paracticing on part time basis? 

ENTHUSIASM -  Was your initial experience with a realtor a good one filled with energy and answers?  Were appointments scheduled in a timely fashion and on showing tours was the agent late? 

EXPERIENCE - This matters a lot and not just in years but in number of transactions. Asking questions like the agents average days on market, their average median sales price in the last year, or answering details about a specific neighborhood or reccomending a lender.  Are agents going over the Consumer Notice with you? Feeling comfortable with what you hear and see goes a long way in making a good decsion.

There are other E word traits that come to mind as well, EMPATHY, ENJOYABILITY, & EARNEST BEHAVIOR.  None of these traits singularly can identify your next agent but by asking questions and allowing your intuition be your guide, you can set a course to an enjoyable home purchasing or home selling experience.
