I was a recently divorced woman whom had just list her only son and looking to purchase my first home on my own. Patrick was compassionate to my situation stayed on top of my price range which to him in the end left little for his share. Stayed on track of the type of home I was looking to purchase not driving me around looking at houses that were not of my list of features i wanted. Very very honest as he could have easily deceived me as I had no idea what i was doing and what to look for in a home. When we began the move to our new home, our son told us that moving, under normal circumstances, would be one of the most difficult experiences we would face, & that having to decide what to take with us & what to get rid of after 46 years of living there would make it even more difficult. Alisson coming into our lives when we started the move (quite by accident) was a blessing. There’s a saying that goes, “Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong”, & we never realized how true that was until we put our house on the market. We hit several bumps, & a couple of sinkholes through the process, the worst being Terry ending up in the hospital for 19 days, & a lengthy recovery after he came home. Through it all, Alisson was so optimistic, & even though it took a little longer then we expected, she never doubted that everything would work out, & she was right. It has been our pleasure getting to know Alisson, & we are so happy we put our trust in her to help us sell our home. We can’t say enough about her & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
